The Vermont Mortgage Bankers Association (VMBA) is a Vermont mortgage industry professional membership organization. We are an adjunct member organization of the National Mortgage Bankers Association.

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP:

Regular Membership is offered to those who are engaged in the business of originating, purchasing, placing, closing, selling and/or servicing real estate mortgages.

Regular Member: $750

Affiliate Member: $750

Non-Profit HOC Member $550

B) Affiliate Member - $750.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: 01/01/2026 No automatically recurring payments Affiliate Membership is offered only to a business organization that regularly provides support services or products for business organizations
or financial institutions that are eligible for Regular membership. Typical Affiliate members include appraisers, law firms, title insurance companies and mortgage insurance providers.

C) Non-profit HOC’s - $550.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: 01/01/2026 No automatically recurring payments For non-profit organizations affiliated with home ownership

D) Gold Partner - $2,500.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: 01/01/2026 No automatically recurring payments Gold Annual Partnership (Includes Membership for the Entire Company, Company logo on homepage of VMBA website, free exhibitors table at the VMBA Annual Conference and name recognition for all events.)

E) Silver Partnership - $2,000.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
