Learn more about the Condominium Project Review and General Project Eligibility requirements as we navigate through the four different project review types and how to choose the best path for your loan.  This session will also assist you in understanding the appraisal and underwriting requirements specific to condominiums.  We will also touch on the new Temporary Condominium and Cooperative Project Requirements regarding projects in need of Critical Repairs and projects with special assessments.

SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY

James (Jim) Peronto is a Training Manager in Client Education Services within the Single-Family Strategic Delivery organization with Freddie Mac.  In this capacity, he manages a team with a focus in providing external training to Freddie Mac Seller/Servicers.  Mr. Peronto facilitates various courses focused on Single-Family origination topics through online webinars and live-in person events.  His team creates additional learning opportunities with tutorials, learning clips, online help and job aids.
