Mortgage Training Solutions is a total solution resource for lending professionals. We provide expertise, service and support to the mortgage industry.
The company was formed in 1995 to meet the growing needs of mortgage lenders to provide professional, efficient and cost effective education within the industry. Over the years training has been provided to many prominent companies within New England. The company was sold in 2002 to Catherine Parker and Bruce Winter and since then has expanded to offer a complete range of training, support and services due to their extensive mortgage lending background.
Our services include: complete range of product training, specialized consulting services, first call customer support, and quality control/compliance reviews. “We provide on-site services to maximize the benefit to our customers and can tailor our clients’ needs in order to reach their specific goals.”
Catherine Parker Winter, President, has been in the mortgage lending field for over 35 years.
Catherine transitioned through the back shop function as an underwriter, department supervisor and compliance officer before moving into the production side. Her most recent position was Vice President of Residential Lending for a community bank for 7 years. In that capacity she had overall responsibility for: Origination, Processing, Underwriting, Closing and Post/Closing, Servicing, Collections, REO, Compliance, Management, Asset/Liability Management. Ms. Parker has extensive knowledge in compliance, FHA, VA and is an excellent trainer.
