Linda Wilson, Income Calculator Product Manager;

Fannie Mae

Linda Wilson is a Product Manager at Fannie Mae with over 40 years of experience in residential mortgage lending, helping originators and servicers with automated decisioning. Specializing in data utilization and complex algorithms, Linda has used her experience to lead the creation of several innovative Fannie Mae products including Custom DU, SMDU and now Income Calculator. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Linda spent 20 years as a lender, with leadership roles in underwriting, delivery, and capital markets. Over the years, her innovative projects have been granted US patents and have enjoyed wide industry adoption.

Linda may spend her days in southern New Jersey, but it’s the possibility that her products are helping potential homebuyers that gets her up in the morning. When she’s not at Fannie Mae, Linda loves spending time cooking and traveling.

Helen Yoon, Sales Engineer, Business Account Management Solutions;

Fannie Mae

Helen Yoon is a Sales Engineer in Business Account Management Solutions at Fannie Mae. She is responsible for cultivating relationships and growing direct business from strategic partners by championing new digital products with a goal to drive adoption of Fannie Mae tools and products.

Helen joined Fannie Mae in 2008 and has held various customer facing roles during her tenure with their Single-Family Division. Prior to becoming a Sales Engineer, she was an Account Manager, managing Fannie Mae Seller/Servicers.
