  • Join VMBA's Board of Governors at the Vermont State House for a day of updates, discussions, committee hearings, lunch and to hear from several guest speakers (announced soon!) regarding the Mortgage Industry in Vermont!

9:30 – 10:00        State House 101 - Chris Rice, McLean, Meehan & Rice

Meet in the State House Cafeteria. We will have an overview of how Vermont's state legislature works, what to expect if asked to testify, and (if there is time) a brief tour of the capitol building!


10:00 – 11:30     Observe Legislative Committee Meetings


11:30 – 12:00     Break


12:00 – 1:30        Lunch and Guest Speaker Lt. Governor John Rodgers at the Capitol Plaza Hotel
